What happens when I go over my cap?
You're never cut off. Overage rates apply per task above your cap ($4 per appointment). You see this in your weekly report and can upgrade at any time.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. The pilot fee ($99 or $199) is your only upfront cost, and it's credited back if you upgrade within 7 days.
When am I billed?
Monthly, on the same date as your plan start. Overage charges are billed at the end of each month based on the weekly reports.
What is the cancellation policy?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. A 15-day written notice period applies. No exit penalty or fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — at any time with 7 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Are add-ons billed separately?
Add-ons are scoped after a 15-minute assessment and billed alongside your core plan as one monthly invoice.
