Will my customers know they're talking to a VA?
Your VA answers as "[Your Company Name] — this is [name], how can I help you?" They represent your brand, not Teleron.
What happens when the VA doesn't know the answer to a technical question?
They use the professional redirect: "Our technician charges a $[X] diagnostic fee to assess the system and will give you the exact answer before any work starts." This is the industry-standard response every reputable HVAC company uses.
What CRM systems do you work with?
Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, ServiceTitan, and custom CRMs. You give us a staff login — we work inside your existing system. No migration, no new software.
What are your working hours?
Core plans cover US business hours in your local time zone. Add the After-Hours add-on (+$180/month) for evening and weekend live coverage.
How do you handle a gas smell or CO alarm call?
These are treated as immediate emergencies. VA directs the customer to leave the house and call 911 or the gas company's emergency line. We never minimise safety calls.
What do I need to provide before going live?
Your diagnostic fee, a basic price sheet for common jobs, your call forward number, a CRM staff login, and any existing call scripts or transcripts you have. Setup takes roughly 30 minutes across an onboarding call.
Pricing and commitment
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. A 15-day written notice period applies before cancellation. No exit fees.
How long does setup take?
48 hours from pilot payment to your first call being answered. You forward your calls, give us a CRM login, and provide your pricing basics.
What happens if I go over my monthly cap?
You're never cut off. Overage pricing applies per task above your cap. You see this in your weekly report and can upgrade your plan at any time.
What are the pilot terms?
Essentials Pilot: $99 flat, 10 days, cap 50 tasks. Virtual Ops Pilot: $199 flat, 10 days, cap 50 tasks. Pilot fee credited toward Month 1 if you upgrade within 7 days. One pilot per business.
I already have an answering service. Why switch?
Most answering services take a message and stop. Teleron books directly into your CRM, sends confirmation texts, notifies your techs, and follows up on estimates end-to-end.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. The pilot fee is your only upfront cost, credited toward Month 1 if you upgrade within 7 days.
