How every VA is prepared before going live

WEEK 1
HVAC and plumbing technical training — equipment, common call types, seasonal patterns, trade terminology.
WEEK 2
CSR call skills — booking scripts, pricing objections, emergency protocols. Minimum 20 recorded mock calls before any live work.
WEEK 3
CRM training — Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, ServiceTitan. Role-play assessment must pass before client assignment.
WEEK 4+
Live with first client under daily supervision. Every call reviewed. Specific feedback given within 24 hours.
